THE spring campaign of legendary racehorse trainer Bart Cummings has been derailed by a fall at home. The 12-time Melbourne Cup-winning trainer was hospitalised after tripping over and fracturing his pelvis. He was admitted to a Sydney hospital and is unlikely to be discharged until the weekend. Cummings, 82, had only recently started to get into full swing at his Randwick stables after a bout of pneumonia sidelined him in April.
